This is the hip, downtown Springfield Salon & the great stylist, Amanda... & me with frizzy hair.
Amanda started by washing my hair and then blow drying it completely.
We then headed over to the "Color Bar" to put in the actual treatment.
This took about 20-30 minutes. The smell was pretty strong, she described it like tanning oil but Dwain later decided my hair smelled like buttered popcorn... he loved me even more! ;)
I then sat with a cap for 20 minutes... embarrassed about this pic but oh well.
Check out my new favorite shoes... I was bored & had a camera.
Not rinsing out the treatment, Amanda then dried & and flat ironed my hair. You should not wear much make-up because my eyes did water quite a bit!
WaaLaa... my hair was straight... & would be for 3 days now. The instructions I went home with were as follows:
Ugh... I never realized how much I love my pony-tails! Well I obeyed and finally on Saturday I got to wash my hair!
You have to use this special shampoo & conditioner but it smells great!!!
I was dieing to know if I could wear my hair curly so I decided to try that first. It was a lot more relaxed curl than I was use to but with a few curls added with the curling iron, I loved the loose curl look.
Sunday morning I washed and dried it and was AMAZED that it was completely straight. I really wouldn't have had to use the flat-iron but I have some split ends that needed smoothing out. It use to take me 30+ minutes to straighten my hair and now... maybe 10.
I wish you could reach through the computer and feel how soft my hair is now. I can't keep my hands off of it. If you wear your hair straight, THIS IS FOR YOU!!! Ok, here's the deal, Premiere's special only runs through August so HURRY and call Amanda at 417-399-6587 and book an appt. Be sure and tell her I sent you and enjoy your new, soft, straight hair!!!

Well, it certainly LOOKS very pretty, glad you like it! :)
Wow! Thanks for this post. I've never heard of it. I may need to try it because my hair has been wavy/frizzy ever since baby number 4 but not a cute wavy. Thanks for the info! Love the shoes by the way. I could never pull those off but you rock them. :)
